Well, they're hugger-muggers of our society They fist at modern types of forestry And their caves are full of mildew They were often portly tall John Bauer paintings show we've had The biggest trolls of all Sweden had trolls We had big trolls They're bigwig norse Cos they're woodmen of sorts Yeah, Finland had trolls And Norway had trolls (But Sweden'd the biggest trolls of them all!) And our trolls were in the mountains And our trolls were in the hills They're strong and stocky, dumb and inurbane They were out there on their night shifts A-sloshing through some mire Everybody knows we've had Great trolls retire Sweden had trolls We had big trolls They're bigwig norse Woodmen of sorts Yeah, Jämtland had trolls And Dalarna trolls (Cos Sweden'd the biggest trolls of them all!) Now trolls might be a scarcity And they might lack finesse But when they roam together Stay away's what you'd do best Some trolls are still in mountains Way out sub-suburbanites They're obsolete, but some big trolls Still stomp around at night Sweden has trolls We still have trolls They're bigwig norse Woodmen of sorts Lappland has trolls And Värmland has trolls (Cos Sweden's a hold out, for trolls all in all) (Sweden has trolls!) (Sweden has trolls!) And if you're watching some films about them Know they go asunder by sun See trolls hobnob in their caverns (And Sweden'd the biggest trolls of them all!)
