Punk-ass German auto-maker Volkswagen are in PR trouble from being caught red-handed programming emissions to be lower when measured but not on the road. Not smart! As for the parody I am of course using "Herbie" here for an in-mind car visual (and the title sub) in much the same way I'd possibly use "Angry Birds" if there was a Finnish IT-scandal involving Tweets.
