A MUSIC PARODY
BASED ON:
"WATERLOO"
BY: ABBA

BONUS QUOTE:
"Why was brown excluded from the rainbow? And where did indigo come from? I was taught there were three primary colors and three secondary colors. What's with this indigo shit?"
GEORGE CARLIN

This was for a while one of the candidates to be my 500th parody on Amiright but the local national weather that inspired the initial sketching got better and therefore I sailed into a different project.

My, my, I'm liquid-drenched and I'm not on a bender
Oh yeah, cos all my body's spongy from the raining every day

The sky's been all ralphing on me
This summer's as wet as can be

Waterlogged - Trillions of droplets I'm wading through
Waterlogged - Please I don't want no more H20
Waterlogged - Clouds are all black from down here below
Waterlogged - Sobbing of millions' not helping, no
row-row-row-row
Waterlogged - Sun doesn't shine where I want it to

My, my, I might start build an ark if this goes longer
Oh yeah, in every street the mermaids dance
They're downtown girls tonight
If you think this place is a cruise
Come swash a mile here in my shoes

Waterlogged - Weather reporters, I think you blow
Waterlogged - Reed is the one thing I'll have to mow
Waterlogged - Mountebank plumbers gazumpin' dough
Waterlogged - Jackfish now mate in the overflow
row-row-row-row
Waterlogged - Dolphins tried' make me their bitch, you know

I shudder and shiver and wheeze
My rowing boat flips when I sneeze

Waterlogged - Cats and dogs add to the undertow
Waterlogged - Foggy rhymes keeping this song afloat
row-row-row-row
Waterlogged - Drifting in torrents since weeks ago
Waterlogged - Soggy's my butt from the rate of flow
row-row-row-row
Waterlogged - Webbing has spread from my pinky toe
